It's my third time visiting Gorée Island, and this time i choose to spend a night there. The island has a particular beauty and colors. The locals, has most part of the senegalese people are warm. The Maison Augustin is in the core of the island. The room is confortable and cozy. Was ready to receive me and very clean. The bathroom even though is shared was clean. The staff is friendly and prepares you a very good breakfast. I will return.

Super central, very nice colonial hotel. It has a swimming pool that we didn't use cause it was too cold/ we had no time, but looks really nice. Staff was able to accomodate our request to have breakfast at 7am as we were taking the ferry back to Dakar at 8am. Room upstairs very quiet, spacious and well furnished (great use of wood). Really enjoyed our stay.
