A short distance from Cupecoy beach (oh, we loved Cupecoy! And not far from Maho and it’s great nightlife.
The facilities were spotless, comfortable and well set for guests.
We wouldn’t hesitate to book here in our next trip to SXM.

What I diss like was ..... We came in and gave ID ... The lady told me I have two bookings and I have to pay for both.... Which one was cancelled and one was currently for that day ... She told me I have to email them the cancellation email.... Which it should not be ... If it was cancelled from booking.com .. there was no need for me to email them it was cancelled.... Supposedly I had deleted my email and didn't have proof of that. . which I know I canceled ... When I came to the room the bedroom light wasn't working ..... You give a guess a room. You have to make sure everything is working before u have a guest room...

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Nicely decorated, a large room with two comfortable double beds. We had a sea view room with a good-sized balcony overlooking the beach. The bathroom is big and well laid out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and assisted us with wheelchair and car parking. Coffee and tea facilities in the room, daily supply and extra on request including mineral water. High quality toiletries. A free sunlounger, parasol and beach towel. A great lively bar and very good restaurant. Location right at the bay. A trustworthy taxi driver, Mathilde, who also does island tours. During the day the town is lively with all the tourists from the cruise ships but after 6.00 shops, restaurants and bars close with very few exceptions. To have an alternative for the hotel restaurant a taxi or car needs to be taken. In addition to the restaurant in the hotel, we can recommend Emilio's which is relatively close but not really walking distance.
Carl's Unique Inn & Conference Facilities is a 5-minute drive from Kim Sha Beach, and offers views over Simpson Bay Lagoon and the island’s green hills.

We were upgraded on arrival, and we were not expecting what we got!
The view was amazing looking out on at the yachts, room was big and clean, cleaned everyday, clean towels, bed comfy, pool was great for morning swim and bedtime swim. (Chairs need some updating)
Other than that, there were no complaints!

Beautiful place, good located, many restaurants, quiet neighborhood, friendly people. It is easy to go around, by walk, taxi or local bus. Close to Maho beach where you can enjoy views of landing aircrafts.
