Almost everything, you have a beautiful resort and your staff were all fabulous. A special mention to your staff at the pier office who arranged for our bag to be delivered to our hotel in Krabi after we had left it on departure. We were very impressed, thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here while exploring Khao Sok – it was a real highlight of the trip. The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and the activities were so well organised and fun. Everything from start to finish felt thoughtful and high quality. The location and scenery was nothing but amazing, probably the most beautiful thing I have seen. We were able to use the kayaks included in the price to explore the lake to which we saw monkeys and on our morning tour we witnessed elephants in the wild too. This was just simply amazing. However that being said we expected more. We paid nearly £179 which we believed included a hike and bamboo raft to a coral cave, however this was an additional 200 baht each, we also had to pay 320 baht each entrance fee to the national park on arrival to the peer. For the price we paid this should have been included. The place itself was clean however some of the wooden boards could do with replacing and the room at night was very hot but again not much that can be done about that due to the climate and it being on the middle of the lake. Overall we are happy we have done it as it would always be something we would want to do but I would recommend looking into some before booking and looking for the best price.

If you want a clean cool room this place fits the bill. Let me address some of the negatives from other reviewers. a. No hot water, true but is 35degree outside. b. Rude people at check in. True but once you are in there is no need to interact. The girl who looks after the place is sweet and seems to do everything. Remember that these folks are probably local employees on 100bht a day or similar. c. No restaurant. Plenty over the road. d. No laundry service. 60bht a kg directly opposite. Now that’s out the way; they have the newest scooters in town at 350bht a day. Location is about 100 yds away from all the main places and opposite CoCo, Chillax hostels that both do brilliant breakfasts. The room we stayed in was a double (201 and 301) both lovely clean, crisp sheets, fridge, balcony and ‘swan towels’ I’d say the room description is very accurate. I’d say that it may be just a bit more expensive than 19 year old backpackers may wish to pay but we found the price to be 100% in line with a Bookings.com search. Would we visit again…well this is our second stay. I hope this helps you choose and that your stay is the same as ours

Location was right in the town by the river. Was 5 minute walk to entrance of national park. Rooms clean and comfortable for a short stay. Nice breakfast just ask if you want more. Great helpfully staff
