The location on from of nice beach, there are big area around the pools, my wife had a good time in the spa and hamam, the hotel is clean and well maintained despite that it is not new. The staff are nice and professional.

The property was big and beautiful. There are many floors and it is specifically decorated with taste. Also it felt safe with all the doors and locks before you actually get to your room. The staff upgraded us to a bigger room after some time because of our own hick-up with the reservation: so i must say that the customer service was excellent and easy.

Host Sami is thoughtful, extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of both the immediate area and cultural tendencies. He is quick to respond to calls, texts and inquiries too, which gave me great confidence when booking, as mine was a last minute decision to stay in the area. As i was reliant on public transportation (buses & taxis), Sami kept contact and supported me regarding transportation needs to and from the Kelibia town centre. The local beach is a just few minutes walk across the street. This allows the guest easy accessability and the ability to swim multiple times during the day with ease. When departing, Sami further aligned me with a super reliable driver-contact who accomodated travel to other hard to reach areas at a very reasonable price- a man i will certainly continue to use as a driver in the weeks ahead...🙏

The staff were kind and very flexible with us :) and the owner also gave us recommendations for things to do/places to go to/ restaurants and coffee shops to try in Kelibia which was really helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a quiet area which was great for relaxing! Nice location since it was close to everything we wanted to try in Kelibia. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back in future!
