A very modern property, with all the necessities for a comfortable stay whilst in Mbeya. There was a restaurant on site which made accessing good food easier, and a buffet breakfast was also served. Large rooms, good sized en suite bathroom, storage facilities along with a desk space and chair.

The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountains (far from the center) and 3.5 km from the bus station. It has a kitchen with all the utensils for those who like to cook. The included breakfast is very good. Towels are provided free of charge. But what is much more important than all these details is the incredible person called Cecilia who runs the place. Cecilia is sensational and has a big heart, I spent my Easter Sunday there away from my family, but Cecilia made a point of inviting me to have lunch and dinner with her, this made me feel very happy and with a full heart. Thank you Cecilia for your generosity!

I’m currently cycling from Cape Town to Norway in an attempt to set a world record. After having a few horrible days and nights. I was super excited to see just the entrance of the hotel as you immediately see they care about their appearance.
I was immediately greeted by friendly staff and was cared for the two days I stayed at the hotel. The second day was a little unforeseen as I had to do bike maintenance and it took me all day.
The food is great, the beer is cold and the beds are comfortable. I truly didn’t want to get back on the road again even though I knew I had to.
With garden views, Utengule Coffee Lodge is located in Utengule and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Complimentary WiFi is provided.

The food was fresh and tasted excellent, and the staff provided incredible service that truly enhanced the experience. The lodge's secluded location offered breathtaking views of the Rift Valley, making it a perfect retreat.

The climate is Mbeya is excellent cool and you can start hikes to the near mountains. The distance to Kitulo NP is not far and can be reached in less than 2 hours. There are few nice coffee shops there. The food at Mbeya Hotel is great (indian).
Mbeya can be reached from Songwe airport and Shuttle minibus for 15,000 TSH.

Mbeya is actually a normal city with lively people and neighbourhoods. you can get pretty much everything you really want from around you.
Its more of a faming community in the tropical areas of Tanzania. The weather is is incredibly nice though cold most of the time with temperatures dropping to as low as 9/10degrees
