Extremely helpful because we actually were at the wrong place and they helped us to stay there which was better for us. Nothing very bad experience. Did not give the room I booked. I canceled the 2 other days I booked and they still charged me. The pool had no water and ran down. Nice smaller city stayed three nights good in between location for Turner Falls, Arbuckle wilderness both a short ride north of the city. Unfelt unsafe, dirty, unfriendly, felt like a deal or something going on. Poor breakfast and coffee. The bed was comfortable and no hair. The bathroom and flooring and carpet had a ladies long hair all around I didn’t use the shower as I was grossed out.
