    Atlantic Beach is my favorite vacation spot and there is nothing I dislike about it. The proximity of everything you need is great. I choose Atlantic Beach for my getaway often to be in my happy place. The beach is my happy place and it is the perfect spot to connect with family and friends.

    We were very impressed with the room.

    We were very impressed with the room. It was perfect for my husband and I to be in one bedroom and our adult daughter to be in a separate bedroom. We didn’t like having to pay for parking-that should have been included in the price. Also, our building was the furthest possible one from the beach, which made it difficult to even see the ocean. In the off-season, it was a great value. I probably cannot afford to stay there during peak tourist season!

    Great beach access, nice facilities for children, (splash pad, pool, covered pool as well) Close to activities and restaurants in Morehead City and Beaufort. Nice spa, Pickle ball court and tennis court available, beautiful grounds with mature landscaping.

    Atlantic Beach is beautiful!

    Atlantic Beach is beautiful! More quaint than touristy and commercialized. There are many close by places to visit and activities that made our vacation very memorable. We visited Fort Macon and learned it's fascinating history. We found a lot of beautiful shells on the variety of beaches we visited nearby. We also learned a lot when we visited the Cape Lookout Lighthouse, where we enjoyed shelling on the beach that we practically had to ourselves! We found beautiful conch shells at the peak, which felt like we were standing at the edge of the earth! Shackleford island is a must! The island is beautiful, with wild horses, conch shells, and warm water. I absolutely LOVE Atlantic Beach!

    Many restaurants were closed . Loved Fort Macon rec. . Especially that it was free.beaches were clean , but the CAMA accesses had NO parking. So could never use them. What's the use of beach access without parking

    Atlantic Beach is always great.

    Atlantic Beach is always great. The weather this time was hot and humid and due to effects of tropical storm off coast the water and wind were rough to the point we did not spend much time on beach, that was on Mother nature and if you vacation much eventually it is probable that weather is going to be a factor, HOWEVER...Atlantic Beach is clean, feels safe, not overcrowded, I have left my belongings on beach and went into water and never had to worry about someone taking anything, it is more of a family vibe. It has enough to do to keep you busy shopping, water and bike sports, attractions and restaurants without being overwhelmed. It is a great beach for kids plenty of room for them to run and play, I took my kids and other folks kids to that area (Atlantic Beach to Emerald Isle) for many years, some of the greatest memories ever.

    The hotel is great! Friendly staff and rooms/suites are spacious and comfortable. Maybe a silly thing but what I liked in the bathroom was that you could choose between a hand held shower or a rain shower. Appreciated 👍
