I didn't book this room. Something went wrong in my booking process when Booking.com tried to offer a competitive rate. I didn't stay here and the women at Booking.com said she will negotiate the refund of my money. Booking.com took my money - I don't understand why there needs to be any negotiation. First red flag was when I was asked for $20.00 cash deposit...
First red flag was when I was asked for $20.00 cash deposit to cover damages and security. Room had a bed, tv, frig, one chair and frig. There was a note in the room that you could not have a guest in the room, but only the individuals renting. Also, they gave you instructions on where to take your trash out the next morning. No coffee in room. It had a cold feeling. TV channels were not acceptable for children. Loud music playing. We gave up are reservation in 2 hours and went to another hotel.
