We arrived late but were met at reception with a welcome smile. We were offered a room overlooking the road or a quiet room - chose quiet. Faced a wall (No view). There was a lot of noise from something behind the wall at 4am for 1hour, then at 6am for another hour. Booked breakfast but too full to partake( our fault). Big room, nice hotel,

Room was large and clean with coffee, microwave and fridge. The water in sink and shower was never hot. Shower varied from cold to lukewarm at best. Lacking any renovation, for example the sockets are old so that the plug fits in loosely with risk of falling out.

    If Breakfasts included in the price is an important factor, do not choose this hotel. Honestly it was just like any average hotel. It was within close driving distance to restaurants. You will also pay an additional $15 each day for parking. When a hotel lists breakfast included and you don't get it, either Booking.com has the problem or the hotel does. It became our problem at any rate. In either case we did not get one, drove down the street and paid $68 at an ordinary Waffle house for eggs, bacon and waffles. $300 overnight stay is expensive... period.

    Not clean, and dated rooms that need remodeling / updating. Noisy complex, and breakfast was not very good. Front desk check-in girl was not very welcoming, and needs to improve her attitude.

    When I first called the Larkspur hotel I was confused about a message someone emailed me so I asked to find out. The first person hung up the phone on me. When I called a second time the person was really helpful. He told me they weren't fully booked and a room was available and he saw my transaction online.

    Room overlooked pool area. Parking was close and the lot was big. Walking distance to the Pruneyard Mall and many restaurants. Basketball courts and Los Gatos Creek trail right next to Hotel for easy convenience.
