We only stayed there one night on a road trip from Great Smoky Mountains to Charlotte, staff on the desk was friendly and helpful. The occupancy of the room was small, so we had a good rest. Breakfast was classic American, and as a bonus, we had dinner immediately upon arrival, which was very pleasing.

I liked the included breakfast and the option to have food to go when leaving super early. I also liked how clean the bathrooms were in the suites.
