Didn't like at all especially with Marriott hotel chain as I arrived at 7.30pm finding the hotel closed and no operations at all. There was no notification and even I still received email from Marriott to perform online check-in!.

    The wonderful lady at the front desk was so kind and friendly that it made the stay so great - I've never felt so welcome in a hotel than here. Bathroom a bit outdated but ok and clean. Bedsheets very very clean, room very clean, AC not too loud and working very very well (I forgot To turn it off while at dinner and I had to switch it to heating when I came back because it really was too cold (the room really had 65 °F/16°C when I came back

    The room was clean and big. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having a sofa in the room. The best thing about this hotel was the customer service. Carla at the reception has been extremely kind and accommodating. She helped in everything we’ve asked for, from laundry to breakfast. She is a credit to the hotel.
