Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast is excellent and the staff that worked this weekend were the best. The lady that was working in the breakfast dinning room was the most welcoming, hardworking, compassionate and friendly person I have met in the hospitality industry. She went above and beyond to make our mornings special. I would recommend 1000%.

The breakfast options were above and beyond. There were options for vegetarians, those needing dairy-free, and gluten free options beyond those of a usual continental breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and quick to help us with whatever we needed. The location is convenient to getting around Buffalo quickly and easily.

    Im not fancy so everything i needed was within a 5 minute drive. Target, walmart, Olive garden, Anchor bar, burlington coat factory, mcdonalds, ihop, mall, Tops market etc. Traffic was good, although i do suggest gps if you want yo find something you haven't been to before. Lots of little gems to find but they are hard to find if you dont know what to look for.

    Only had time to visit closest mall and transportation was a huge problem A shuttle service would have made all the difference as I had to wait over an hour for a taxi back to hotel and was then charged $35 fora 2.5mile journey.....yeh, I know!! right?

    Great shopping and close to Highway for easy access. Mall is close br with great Restaurants especially the Cheesecake Factory. Great deal at Macy's and JC Penny and it was an easy drive getting to all locations

    I grew up in Cheektowaga but moved out of state in 1984.

    I grew up in Cheektowaga but moved out of state in 1984. I return every July to visit friends and family. The road system is good; the town is clean. I liked Galleria Mall and attending the Polish Festival. I also enjoyed meals at Denny's and the Olympic Restaurant.

    Everything about the stay was perfect plenty of restaurants within mins of the motel. Staff was pleasant to deal with. Roim was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. I wish our stay had been longer. I would highly recommend this motel

    When I arrived at check-in, the clerk told me the room was...

    When I arrived at check-in, the clerk told me the room was on the second floor. I told him that I requested first floor as my daughter and I are handicapped and she is frightened of elevators. The man told me that they never received anything from Booking.com. I purposely made the reservation early so they would have time to accommodate me. This made our stay very uncomfortable. Next time I will use another company. No excuse for this.

    Room Phone does not work Safe is in locked condition wi fi does not work No Elevator, we had to carry up our luggage physically using steps informed front desk, they could not fix these issues. Worst hotel, i will never recommend. Please do not book this property, there are many others available around. One can try these

    The hotel was located very close to Buffalo Niagara, International Airport, and they provided luggage racks to transport luggage to our rooms. Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious with lots of shelving for luggage. we didn’t purchase breakfast, so cannot comment on this, but there seem to be many options available.

    Everything about this hotel. The second floor is beautiful, you can sit on the balcony over look the garden and pool. This makes it feel like you're on vacation.
