The hotel was amazing. It was in a great location. The facilities were amazing. The staff was nice and the parking lot was good. We did really appreciate our stay. But we had only one problem. We didn’t have our breakfast vouchers from the beginning and got them too late to use fully.

We love Cocoa Beach. The beach itself is always clean and not to crowded. There are plenty of things to do for families. The fishing is always good too. To add, there are some very good restaurants to dine at. Cocoa Beach Fish Camp is highly rated.

Always a great time in cocoa beach near the pier.
Always a great time in cocoa beach near the pier. Didn’t rent a car just took a shuttle from airport and got dropped off at a hotel close to the pier. The gas station and a few local bars and restaurants met our needs. The people were friendly and the food was yummy. The sushi on the pier for lunch and dinner at a restaurant called fish camp near the pier was delicious. Nice three or four day vacation destination.

Plenty to do in the area; a bit of “old” Florida in architecture on Cocoa and Cocoa Village. Colorful older homes, murals and shops. Less developed and more residential feeling to the area. Biking and kayaking opportunities. Beach right across the street and not crowded. The property had some nice waterside space without a feeling of being crowded partly because there was undeveloped property nearby. Kennedy Space Center nearby and also an interesting area to have supper out while watching cruise ships pass by. The apartment, Chasing Pelicans, was spacious and private. Overall a very memorable trip.

Low rise properties, lots of restaurants and Bars of all kinds. Everyone friendly and helpful. Easy access to Port Canaveral, to view Rocket launches, to watch cruise ships, near the Kennedy Space Centre, the Warbird Museum, Shopping, Wal-Mart and all sorts of shops, City of Cocoa, Near Titusville.
I had a Rental Car and could cruise around for miles and miles North, South and West sightseeing.
Best Breakfast, Southern Charm, Diner, IHOP.
Dinner, Tokyo Steakhouse, Longhorn.
Seafood, Port Canaveral any.

Lovely location a bit away from Cocoa Beach with the river at the back. We spent some of our time watching pelicans and even spotted a beautiful Osprey. The bungalow rooms we rented were spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is a fantastic roof top deck complete with chairs and tables. We were very happy to find a well equipped laundry room as we had quite a bit of washing to do.
Location est great. Clean. Breakfast included but pay 9$ per day for parking. 2 pools perfect to relaxe. Quiet not to busy for 18 may 2023. Close to the Cocoa beach pier and nice mexican restaurant for dinner waking distance
it's a simple place to sleep for a few nights, they keep the property nice, the pool is great and the staff was always friendly. I'll probably stay here next time if I come back to Cocoa Beach again.
