I booked the reservation through a Third party and the receptionist at BWA couldn't find anything on the computer which postponed our check-in an additional 2 .5 hours. We were very tired and sleepy Then the television in the room didn't work.

    The hotel was dirty I had to pay an extra $150 at the check in The staff didn't clean my room and I had to move as soon as I checked in I was supposed to be credited points for this situation That never happened
