I had the most amazing welcoming by Jonte! She is such an asset to this hotel. So welcoming and she remembered my name. The other staff were also so lovely!! However, just a shame I always add on breakfast when I book my rooms and realised when I went down for some reason it wasn’t included (but must have been my fault!)… Which is usually fine but would have cost a huge amount to add it on at that late stage, and was surprised to find out it’s not a buffet so you have to stand in line to order. But apart from that comfy beds, nice room, and everything I needed.

    The hotel us located close to Houston Premium Outjet Mall which is way access to restaurants etc although we didn’t do this a Uber will deliver to the hotel but if have spare time it’s worth a wal around

    My daughter lives close by so this hotel is perfect.

    My daughter lives close by so this hotel is perfect. My husband and I like a clean place. After staying at my daughters place we both agreed we need to get out own hotel room next time. More peaceful relaxation and didn't have the constant urge to start deep cleaning. LOL! To me growing up in Houston, most parts are the same.

    Clean facilities, perfect location.

    Clean facilities, perfect location. Most of the staff was very friendly. One woman at the front desk was not very friendly, but everyone else went out of their way to smile and be pleasant - even the cleaning staff and workers at breakfast.

    The staff was horrible from the beginning.

    The staff was horrible from the beginning. Staff was on a personal call on facetime the entire time and was asking questions out loud repeating my personal home address, phone number. I arrived early thinking I would be able to rest but there was a basketball team on the same floor who ran up and down the hall. And to end all things there was no breakfast. I was not told when I check in. I saw a sign posted on the window stating no food at all due to the kitchen was not open. The reason from my staff was for my aunts funeral and we would not have time to eat out, so I wish the receptionist would of said that the kitchen was closed before she check me in which would of given me an option to check in or not. The staff was not friendly and rude at time like I was bothering them to ask anything.

    This was more of a stay to survive and escape the frigid cold and loss of power and water. My home had no power and the temperature was in the teens. Therefore, I booked the hotel as a place of refuge. All in all, it was very accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful in any way they could. The location is great, close to a major freeway, service stations, and plenty of eating places nearby and it was about a mile or two from Highway 6 where there is shopping, restaurants, and whatever else you want need.

    Cypress is a bedroom community to Houston.

    Cypress is a bedroom community to Houston. It's part of America. Cypress doesn't have any landmarks I know of that would entice someone to visit for other than work or family. Just a nice place to live.
