**RESPONDING** back to owner: Oh.. but of course, you would tell tales of nonsense. Anything to save yourself, at this point. THE GOOD PUBLIC KNOWS BETTER. THE VERY REASON, I AM INFORMING THEM. I have nothing to gain from this. Point being.. NEITHER SHOULD YOU, from good people like us. -We most definitely went to the right place to get the key cards. After 3 different attempts back and forth at new cards not working, the manager walked us over, to let us in. Only to go through the same back and forth, again and again later, until security did later. We also sat in the lobby, getting up many times, kindly letting others in. WE WERE NOT THE ONLY ONES. POINT IS.. YOU ARE IN THE WRONG! - WE NEVER DEMANDED ANYTHING!! - WE DIDN'T PEE IN THE BED. HOW GROSS! WE DON'T HAVE KIDS THAT WOULD HAVE, EITHER. *(( HOPEFULLY YOUR LIES, PETTINESS, AND INABILITY TO HANDLE THIS PROFESSIONALLY, REFLECTS BADLY ON YOU. AS IT SHOULD. KARMA IS A REAL THING.
