    Misrepresented "free breakfast"..

    Misrepresented "free breakfast".. I was expecting a buffet of some sort with eggs, pancakes/waffles. This had nothing. They called it "Grab and GO'. Package muffins and instant oatmeal. I didn't grab, I just "GO' to a diner to eat breakfast. Should say "Continental Breakfast" and even that would be an exaggeration. No coffee in room. Asked desk and they handed me a coffee maker with coffee packages. No creamers etc. Poor management. Pillows were super small. Elevator had something sticky spilled all over the floor. For an extended stay it had absolutely nothing in it. Coffee, silverware, dishes etc. Will never stay here again. Basically it is a "cheap" hotel and I don't mean the price.

    Disgusting hotel. Smell of smoke. Free breakfast was not desirable. Coffee and hot water and no tea bags. Asked staff for tea and they don’t have any in the entire hotel. Packaged muffin and instant oatmeal was the entire breakfast. Served out of the lobby hallway. Room dirty, air conditioner broken, entrance doors on side of building always propped open and smokers smoking on steps. Not safe hotel. Unpacked at home and my entire bag and clothes smell of smoke and only stayed two nights.

    It was very accomodating and comfortable.

    It was very accomodating and comfortable. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and very helpful. It was nice to smile after a long hard day on the road. It was very clean. And I definately reccommend this place. We ate in the dining room and the steak and chicken wings were delicious.

    On booking web site, it was described that their booking is included with breakfast, but they deceived their customers because their dining was not open and they told us that it will be open by April. Why are advertising that the breakfast was intended and kitchen was closed. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they change. Thanks

    Very clean, customer service was very flexible to reschedule the dates at the lasthour due to inclement weather. Hassfle free stay. I would book again for any New York or New Jersey trips. Recommend to anyone who wants to hop for a peaceful sleep.

    Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

    Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff didn’t follow through with my request of no adjoining door and we got stuck with a very loud neighbor who kept on talking and after had the tv very loud until 2:30 AM. We couldn’t sleep. The included breakfast was a miniature muffin to have with room coffee.

    Nice atmosphere and that the breakfast is included even it's a very American one. The price is much lower than a hotel in New York but one also have to add fares for trains (116 dollar a week with train from Penn station and about 10 dollar (Ûber) to 13 dollar (taxi) one way. The trains are frequent and it takes about 45 minutes to Penn station. A walk to the station would be 1 hour 18 minutes!! The hotel has ease access when you are using a car.

    One of the best hotels in NYC I have every been to. Industrial, cool design, very helpful front desk staff. Close to the subway station. Recommend to anyone who appreciates good value for money option. Will definitely get back in the future. Thank you Raritan Staff to make my stay a fantastic experience.

    Amazing hotel. Convenient location. Large area with a park where you can walk. Delicious and varied breakfast. There is a room service. The room is large, clean, the room has everything you need. The staff is polite. Highly recommend.
