The floors in our room were disgusting. Sticky spots and stains all over the carpet. The bathroom floor had hair that didn’t belong to anyone of us…so I assume they didn’t clean the floors at all. Only one elevator worked I used the stairs the entire time. Breakfast is a joke unripe bananas oranges you need a knife to cut up and a waffle maker and some cereal. The tub in my room would not stop running water and no one even came to check after I told them. If you need anything don’t bother calling the front desk you have to go down and get it. The parking at the hotel is not free we had to pay for the entire weekend to park where we were staying. The internet on the tv quit working after one night. It was extremely disappointing.

One of the evenings I was staying there I was to attend a cocktail party and high-level dinner. I had approximately $40,000 worth of jewelry with me. There was no safe in the room, so I went to the front desk. They told me they had no safe there, and that there should be one in my room. I returned to my room and called the front desk and told them there was no safe. They promised immediately install one. In short, no safe was ever installed. I carried my jewelry around with me for every event that I went to because of this. Additionally, even though I was there for three nights, maid Service never came to my room. The bed was never made, the towels were never changed, etc.. Needless to say, I will never stay with this provider again.

The manager is on top of everything. Breakfast was a nice variety. There was scrambled eggs sausage toast yogurt fresh fruit coffee juice etc.

The location was phenomenal, breakfast was tasty and liked that they changed it up. Front desk staff was great and accommodating.
