We stayed here as a family with younger children and absolutely loved it. The rooms were spacious, staff always helpful and we really enjoyed our time in the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi (towels are laid out by the pool ready to use). The food in the restaurant was also lovely with a relaxed and yet formal atmosphere. Great location to explore and the kids are already asking when we can come back!

Plenty of room for the five of us in the room, all clean, super comfy beds. We loved that the pool was inside and warm as the temperatures outside wouldn’t have been okay for swimming outdoors.

The town is nice and pleasant overall, with beautiful sites all around. It worked out well as a spot to stay at night while exploring central and northern Arizona sites. The nightlife in April on the weekends was much more empty than I expected, even though there were so many bars but I suppose the colder weather is the reason.

Flagstaff is on "historic" Route 66.
Flagstaff is on "historic" Route 66. The many of the buildings were preserved that date to the "historic" period and now house really nice bars and restaurants. Even the old hotels were kept and look like they could be in a movie. Sedona is less than an hour away - the drive from Flagstaff to Sedona is gorgeous. There are a couple of National Parks that must be seen - Sunset Crater and Walnut Canyon - that are very near by. Wupatki Pueblo National Monument is 33 miles away and a must see. So Flagstaff itself is a great town to base multiple day trips from.

We were in town for only a short time but visited the Museum of Northern Arizona. The museum focus is on the indigenous peoples and natural history of the Colorado Plateau. This is an outstanding facility with fantastic displays and content. It is well worth a visit.

Flagstaff was great - one of the best cities we visited on our trip.
We went to the Lowell Observatory (a short drive from the city) and it was one of the best experiences of our trip.
Flagstaff as a 'dark sky city' is an example of how all cities should deal with light pollution.
Wish we could have spent more time there.

The city is so beautiful and has a lot of options for wals and parks for our girls. We've visited the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. We discovered buffalo park, which is a great location to play in the snow or take a hike.

It was clean and comfortable enough, unfortunately the price doubled from my booking until check in, I requested a downstairs room because I have lung issues and was denied that request, parking was odd, like we had to park far away from our room the spaces close to our room were blocked for some reason.

Great location, close to local restaurants. Nice sized room and comfortable beds and pillows. Nice seating area in hotel foyer and check in staff were lovely. Only negative was the lack of environmental consideration with the disposable breakfast dishes and utensils, so much waste !!
Great facilities... Cocktail bar, pool, restaurant, shop.
Comfortable beds, nice touches in the rooms like good coffee, toiletries, bed linen etc
Live music in the evening and a lovely shop.
Plenty of parking and close enough to walk into Flagstaff.
Really good value.
Room upgrade due to issue with 1st room. Reception/lobby staff were great. Coffee was available anytime from reception This is an amazing building and hotel, it can be busy on an evening due to live music but this was no issue. Loved the hotel and town of Flagstaff
