Great front reception staff, very helpful. Rooms were clean and accommodating. Food availability was excellent, freshly prepared breakfast (not free) Evening happy hour was available with food options. Across the parking lot is a Starbucks (also served during breakfast at the hotel), Thai restaurant and many other options, also a few nail salons if you need a little pampering. I kept extending my stay & staff tried hard to accommodate. If you need anything from housekeeping they're very good at restocking coffee, towels etc. very pleasant ladies. Very safe for solo travelers.

Everything was dirty. The towels, pillows, sheets, everything. The tv remote buttons didn’t work and I couldn’t change the volume. My toilet didn’t flush properly for most of my stay so I was stuck with a bathroom that smelled. The lights flickered. The windows were closed but I could hear everything outside. The hallways were dirty. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. The bottom of the walls were brown with dirt. It was overall, a terrible experience and the price isn’t worth it. Paid $300 for two nights and never once safe or truly clean.

Surprise charge without explaining of it. Extra charges for parking. No soap in dispensers bed very uncomfortable.

Well the property is really nice in a nice area close to shopping stores and more, but the cleanes in the room we stayed at 152, was really really BAD there was a men's boxer on the shelve that's just lazy to clean frome the room service, hairs in the shower, dirty and stained blankets, overall the property is nice but is just poor staff.

The Air Conditioning would not stay on. This has happened before at this hotel. I think they program it to turn off so they can save money on energy costs. The problem is, the guests are sweating all night long and the room cannot get cooled down.
