No complimentary coffee or tea. A small tea and an orange juice was over 7 dollars. The blend of tea I got was tasteless.

Just love Frederick, especially the Carroll Creek area.
Just love Frederick, especially the Carroll Creek area. Many different restaurants there and in downtown. My husband and I like to go to craft breweries and we enjoyed going to several during our stay. Had dinner at Brewers Alley and brunch at Isabella’s. Would recommend both.

Frederick is an interesting mix of old and new.
Frederick is an interesting mix of old and new. Downtown is full of interesting small shops and eateries, all with their own character and ambience. Blocks of pleasant walking and the side streets also have unique spots to check out. Then there is the newer section with its own flavor and culinary delights. Great place to spend a few days.

We had to cancel all our tours because my husband is having surgery next week & can't walk much. We loved the MET & enjoyed the play very much. Very friendly people. 3 times he had to have people help him as he could not get out of a chair twice & fell once. We ate at the Orchard which was very spicy, and the Shucking Shack. We love lobster rolls in New England so looked forward to then. These we chopped & seasoned without much lobster taste, but we enjoyed them.

We were at the same hotel several years ago and had a decent/good experience so we revisited. However...the bed was so awful that we abandoned our anniversary weekend plans to leave at 1:30 am and drive the 90 minutes back home in rain.
The staff was polite and generally helpful. They were very nearly full so I didn't push to get another room. My wife is wheelchair bound so it's no small effort for me to get everything picked up and resettled into another room - I was awake enough to simply drive home.
Our special request to have extra pillows if the bed was non-adjustable was missed and I was a little surprised that it wasn't easy for them to find 3 extra (thin) pillows. IF there's a next time, we're bringing all of the pillows we might need, with zero apologies for doing so.

I was there for a specific event. The friends I was visiting love Frederick and have no intention of ever leaving. That’s a good recommendation. Parking in the historic district was….interesting, but I managed. Same thing where I live, actually. Dinner for 11 people worked just fine at Il Porto. Good food, too! Will be there end of January for another event at the new Union Mills Public House. Looking forward to it.

We only stayed one night as we were just driving thru to our final destination. It's under construction so the pool was not open. Mini golf was but only one golf ball was found by a staff member. Construction began at 7AM so if you want to sleep beyond that...don't book it till after Sept. Hot food was bad...egg powder mix (not true eggs) rubbery pancakes, bad yogurt, milk brand was not good. (children said) The cost was very good at $79. for a double queen room. ($84. with tax). When we complained about the construction noise at 7:07, staff member stopped till 8AM.

The breakfast was good. They didn’t tell me that the pool didn’t work that they were taking it out. It was under construction for renovations, not to the hotel but to the bar that’s inside of it owned separately. Had a loud noise the whole time due to construction and the guest in the joining room was really sick and coughing and hacking loud all night. They did nothing to compensate me for not even give me another room.
very dirty full of cockroaches room smells of smoke the staff and the worst I've ever seen I have been 50 minutes to check in if that old gentleman can't do his job he shouldn't have to I left my two 2 year old children alone in the car for a long time and because of that clumsy and rude gentleman
