Great spot, easy transaction, great outside area

To be honest, based on some older reviews, we almost didn’t book, but are so glad we did – 30-A Inn and Suites was more than we could have ever hoped for! We did a last minute booking and did not realize we were in for such a treat – it felt more like a well-stocked condo than a hotel room. King Room Deluxe: The space was large enough for two and nicely decorated, and the bed was soft and comfortable. There was a portable closet, a coat rack, table and chairs, a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (as well as a large container of Folgers and a various assortment of tea bags). The host also provided dishes with utensils, cups and mugs along with dishwashing detergent and a sponge. Although we didn’t use all of them, there were enough towels and washcloths provided for our three night stay. The host provided toothbrushes and paste, body wash, shampoo and conditioner (the good stuff), and plenty of toilet paper, a large roll of paper towel and garbage bags. There was even three cutting boards! Literally, almost everything you can think of was provided. The linens were soft (not at all scratchy and I am picky), and they use duvets with covers that come off and are washed with every rental. There was a bit of an issue with the linens that we discovered late the first night (just FYI, they don’t use top sheets, which was super strange to me initially), but we contacted the emergency number, and the host was immediately responsive and went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us. The Roku TV/internet was a little spotty but not a nuisance. The Grounds/Area: We took a dip in the pool, which was large and clean (we noticed later that there is a second pool), and the grounds were beautiful. There was plenty of parking, and we were able to park and walk right up the steps to our room. The area was far enough off of Hwy 98 to be quiet, but convenient to many public beaches and restaurants.

Elevator not working for 3 days. Apt located on 4th floor Had to leave one day early since we could not handle stairs for so long !

Food was good service was quick . Fairly easy to nat

The property was exceptionally clean, neighbors were friendly, there were lots of games and loads of beach towels. Awesome work station with two monitors, keyboard and mouse. I just wish I would have had the cord needed to connect to my laptop. Plenty of TVs and access to watch movies.

Lean

This place has the basics covered. It's quiet. It's clean. It's easy to find. It's far enough from the highway that you don't have that kind of noise. The staff is nice and helpful. HUGE parking lot -- big enough for big rigs. Not too much of a drive to find a restaurant.

Beautiful property conveniently located. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of really healthy options such as oatmeal. It was one of the better breakfasts I’ve experienced while traveling. We would definitely stay here again.

We were impressed with the friendliness of staff and how clean the rooms were. Keeping in mind that this is an older hotel, the cleanliness was 5 star. Bathtub and tile wall shined it was so clean! Loved their quilt and comforter, and bed was cozy. Gas stations, restaurants, and stores very close to hotel as well as I-10 access. Coffee, juice and danish for morning breakfast.
