I would ask for a second floor room.
I would ask for a second floor room. We were near the entrance and It was very loud. Intoxicated person made a scene outside of our room, freaked out the child with me. Telephone in the room didn't work we couldn't call the front desk for help. We really cannot give a fair evaluation of the attractions and services afforded by Groton. We checked into the hotel, showered, found a lovely seafood restaurant on the water. Typical Motel 6. Clean room. 2 to 2.5 star hotel. Bring your own pillows, as the pillows were thin and only two of them. No extras. Bed was a typical bed for motel 6, clean but slightly uncomfortable. Close to 95. no real amenities there or near. hotel. Only good thing about it was that it was near Mystic and the two casinos, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Wife did not like the hotel. If you are looking for a room with a comfortable bed and good shower for one night then this is the place anything longer than that will wear out you're happy there.. I say to the owners stop being cheap and fix what needs to be fixed so fixed so your hotel can go from a 3 to a 4.5... For the price you're charging it should be nicer, And everything should be working not under repair for months , do it and do it right and you will attract more clientele.. And stop being cheap invest in more than an 8 channel cable system system ,was beyond pathetic.Guest review byRogerUnited States
