Front desk young lady who wore red stud earrings was beyond RUDE firstly I thought it maybe dare I say because we had done a walk in and we were elderly couple from UK but next morning I had to tell young manager lady on duty about her employee and she informed me that they had had several complaints about her our door wouldn't open so my husband had to go back down and fetch her to open our door up SHE made sure we felt a BOTHER it was shameful behaviour towards a guest SHE definitely doesn't like people and should NEVER have been given a job in your hotel

    Read read before ur trip ….Not sure about Hobbs .I really expected more . The casino would let people smoke n they did but u couldn’t drink .they even let them smoke weed in there.the bar is outta the service was aweful .people were complaining. It’s just a train wreck .there .if u don’t smoke n can’t deal do not go . Vents were not working or there wasn’t any…One thing I like was they had old school machines n the one arm bandit worked .that was fun .

    Hobbs has a lot of hidden gems. The casino is always fun.

    Hobbs has a lot of hidden gems. The casino is always fun. We love the museum and indoor water park. There are so many great mom & pop restaurants and places to shop. Hobbs is a lot bigger than you think it is. We love catching the farmers market too.

    Hobbs is little more than a blip on the radar in the over-all scheme of municipalities. It does provide a comfortable and convenient opportunity for a good nights rest as one is driving across the countryside.

    I will avoid this hotel next trip.

    I will avoid this hotel next trip. Only received 1 towel . went to ask for another towel for my husband and she said too many people have been stealing towels so they are short of towels. Smelled like Gas in hotel. By back door entrance you can really smell it. I was on 2nd floor and could still smell it.

    I traveled with my family and I was very happy with the size of our room. The complimentary breakfast was impressive. I appreciate that my picky little eaters enjoyed a nice breakfast. This made our trip easier to get our day started. In addition, the staff was very helpful by letting us extend our check out time by an hour. I really appreciated that!

    Asked for a trash can twice, never received. Room was not ready, no showerhead, had to move cabinet to reach electric receptacle for microwave and fridge, smoke alarm beeping, had to disconnect, remote for TV not working.
