    The stay was fine. I just dont understand why it was advertised as an airport hotel. I didn't realize how far it would be.

    This stay was one of the worst we’ve experienced anywhere. Thankfully it was only 1 night. My daughter called for the airport shuttle at 11:06pm and the irritated clerk said they’d already been called. She, then, left without telling her replacement 3 women and a 5yr. old had called 3 times for the shuttle. My husband went to the desk clerk who was unaware anyone was waiting. It was 11:42 when they were on the shuttle. This was irresponsible and dangerous. The chain lock was broken, the upholstered chair was filthy, the tub had no plug and was full of hair, the TP holder was pulling out from the wall, two identical paintings with one hung upside down, white stain on dark carpet, and one reg and one decaf envelopes in a room for 2.

    The manager she call my phone and told me that we had to leave the premises,because we didn't pay another deposit to stay one more day and didn't return our first deposit,and lock us out of our hotel room them cursed my husband out and we had to call the police on the manager we owe them no money they had no reason to hold our belongings from us we prepaid through Expedia for 6 days stay

    Shuttle service was cancelled and I was not informed until I phoned the hotel after waiting almost an hour. Even the taxi drivers and airport staff were not aware that the shuttle had been cancelled. Had I waited any longer I may not have been able to book in as I found out that the night porter finished at 23:00hrs. Very disappointed with the information provided by the change. I’ll not be using them again after many years.

    We were not there long enough to make any real comments on this hotel. They did recommend a restaurant across the street which was exceptionally good. Italian in design and superb in foods served. We were only passing through that evening after a long air flight and found this hotel by accident.

    Good place to stay next to the Airport, shuttle van was on time and the drivers courteous. Besides the hotel restaurant no other places to eat were close by. The Restaurant needs more variety of foods.

    This modern and well resourced hotel is a stones throw away from the international airport. The rooms are standard sized, but clean tidy, and the area is safe and well fenced. There is a facilities center about a mile down the road that has cafés, branded eating options and petrol stations to fill up your rental car before returning it to the airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the terminals.

    Always very clean and a cozy bed. (3th stay in this hotel) We booked this for the first and last day in Houston. Because the airport/rental car is only 20 minutes away. Very friendly staff and enough huge parking spaces. (For a german) Breakfast is simple, but I like it and the coffee is also very good.

    The breakfast was excellent quality that exceeded those of the better known hotel chains. All the staff were most courteous and accommodating. The rooms were well equipped, clean, and comfortable. It was very close to the Houston airport, so excellent for late arriving flights.

    The lady on check is was friendly and very helpful. Room was big but not that clean or well maintained, but it is a cheap hotel. Breakfast was fine as again a cheap hotel.
