We liked the proximity to EWR, the staff and our room. After a very long flight we took the shuttle service from the airport. The shuttle driver, Richard, was kind, efficient and very pleasant. He was very helpful with loading and unloading our heavy luggage and we very much appreciated the conversation we had with him while in transit. The young woman at check in was also very efficient and accommodating. The breakfast staff was also efficient and kept the tables cleared, the food stocked and were friendly as well. Our room was most comfortable and obviously the cleaning staff takes great care in preparing the rooms.

I didn’t like the fact that TSA staff and manager did not recognize the electronic emergency travel document issued by Kuwait government in place of my lost Kuwait passport, on an App. I pleaded for hours with TSA to let me proceed to board my flight . I had my boarding pass and luggage checked in all the way to Kuwait . But the airline had to unload my luggage and cancel my boarding pass. The next I traveled from JFK to Kuwait using the same emergency e-travel document. Some country but different TSA staff, different policies and procedures . What a shame.
