Clean room except the fact my grandson found a bullet under the heater when he was playing with his small figurines. Wasn't too happy about that. ND there was no vending machines

Lewiston Idaho is a stay an play for the outdoors man.

Lewiston Idaho is a stay an play for the outdoors man. Fishing the rivers year round. I'd imagine there's plenty of hunting opportunities. Also a play haven for dirt biking, bicycle, mountain biking, 4 wheeling. Has a motocross track/park. Had a great dinner at The Main Street Cafe/Diner. And Tomato Bros. for a great lunch. Driving around is a piece of cake.

Beautiful setting, clean, great breakfast, most of all was the wonderful counter person who was in when we checked in as well as when we checked out the next day. Susan deserves the golden globe award.

We have family in Lewiston and there are some great eating options there. Downtown history is interesting but just a quick walk to see it. Homeless population has grown since our last visit. The paper mill has a very strong odor. Motel options are limited. Be very cautious of where and how you book.

Lewiston seemed to be full of generational foot prints.

Lewiston seemed to be full of generational foot prints. Talking to most here was about the only enjoyable part of our trip. The air smells like someone overcooked broccoli, and, the Sharis all night diner closes at 10pm. Just Sayin’

Lots to do if you like outdoor activities.

Lots to do if you like outdoor activities. Town has all the amenities but isn’t so large that traffic is an issue. The Snake River is awesome. There is an odor in the air everyday (mostly mornings) which comes from a nearby paper mill, I think. I’d like to say you get used to it, but I never did, and I was there for 3 months for work.

Was there on business. Enjoyed restaurants more than anything. Biggest n best hamburger I've ever had at Effies, BBQ at small place in strip mall up the hill was unique and great tasting! Spent off time at antique stores which was fun.

The room was very clean, well laid out and of a good size; breakfast was good. There is ample parking and the hotel is within walking distance of grocery stores and places to eat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although there is no elevator, there was an offer to assist taking bags upstairs. The hotel was very good value for money - I would stay again.

We had to move rooms because the mechanism that opens the automatic door to the lobby was under our room - very noisy. The first room was in good condition but the second was worn out. Mattress was shot; sagged, made noise. The furnishings were all worn, the air conditioner very loud. The hotel was OK in general, but the value for money was poor.

Great place everything was perfect. The price was very good also. Hotel prices are completely out of hand lately. It's ridiculous to pay $120 $150 $200 for a bed to sleep on and a shower. Even motel 6s are now oftentimes $90 or more. I have read several articles where a good share of motel rooms are going empty at nights and that is the reason
