The staff was amazing! The maid was exceptional and very helpful and friendly! The front desk staff was also very friendly and did an awesome job! The rooms were great and the breakfast was phenomenal. The price was good also, and it was very simple to make reservations online!

The moment we walked to the entrance, it was lovely, there was a seating area outside, the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms was beautiful and clean. My husband and loved the hot tub, it was a perfect to relax in while our kids watched tv ( tv in every room) or played on the arcade game set. The whole family loved it here. We wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer.

Loved everything about this place. I was in the area for work and the hotel options are very limited in this area. I came across this listing and a am so glad I did. It was like a vacation even though I was working. Perfect for a couples get away but also great for the family. 100% recommend this amazing rental.

Wonderful historic hotel! Completely refurbished and updated. The room was attractive, cozy, immaculate, with a comfortable bed, and a beautiful bathroom, newly tiled. Amanda was warm, friendly and very accommodating. The little town of Burnsville is very quaint with a classic town square. Around the corner is the Carriage House restaurant which is classy and inviting with a varied menu, friendly staff. This hotel is a great find!
