Beautiful views of the sunset in the morning. It was clean and fully stocked. The staff were super friendly! Especially the man who helped us find somewhere to hike (I’ve forgotten his name but thank you so much!) Food selection for breakfast was lovely, and the gym was always clean as well. Staff always greeted you in the day and the night. I honestly would love to stay here again just because of how hospitable everyone was. I wish I took more photos of the room, but it was 100% accurate to website photos!

Surestay PLUS Hotel by Best Western Superstition Springs is located close to Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Apache Junction and Phoenix.

Breakfast is really simple but it is fine if you are staying for one nigth. The room was clean and the bed was confortable. Also, the AC was quiet and the staff was super nice.

    What can I say?

    What can I say? I can't think of any reason other than the warm winter weather and golf to come here. It's a massive suburb with suburban level traffic and a strip mall on every other block. Prices are high as are taxes. Drivers are aggressive. To get to the mountains requires a lot of driving.

    There were several things to do that were free.

    There were several things to do that were free. The Mesa Temple had nice Christmas lights throughout the grounds that you could walk through for free. Also an ice skating rink with several Christmas backgrounds to take pictures. Several other things to see on Main Street. Food trucks at Pioneer Park across from the Mesa Temple. Mesa is close to a lot of other attractions and shopping.

    We love the area; beautiful desert setting.

    We love the area; beautiful desert setting. There are lots of hiking options each offering unique hikes with a wide variety of lengths and challenges. The surrounding area offeres lots of activity choices. We loved dining and walking around the cities of Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Gilbert. Kayaking on the Salt River is a blast. Tempe is fun. Gilbert rocks. The freeway system offers easy/quick access to the surrounding areas.

    made reservation on Booking.com for 2 queen beds and was given 2 full beds. Desk said they couldnt do anything about because they had no other rooms. No discount for lesser of room and forced to stay. Also, when I checked my credit card statement they charged me twice for this room.

    I loved Mesa.

    I loved Mesa. It was very clean, people were friendly and over all a beautiful city. It has a lot of shopping and restaurants. Getting around was very easy. We are at famous daves a couple times and visited bass pro shop.

    Amazing property for a larger family.

    Amazing property for a larger family. We had 11 people and had just enough space, although we did have one sleep on a couch. Plenty of areas for gathering together and sitting to talk. Very large living room with TV for movies and gaming. The outdoor area is beautiful and had a very nice area for sitting. The pool is really nice, but we didn't end up getting the heat in the pool because it took too long to heat it. Request heat in the booking. There was a TON of parking space. This is pretty close to many restaurants.

    There was no breakfast. I travelled for more than 25 years all over the USA and Canada and this place was 10 times worse than the worst Motel 6. I am planning to contact Mesa City Council or similar. That license should be revoked. We booked almost one full week, but moved out after one night. I asked for a refund and was told to deal with Booking.com in that regard. Owner or Manager is East Indian and pretends to not understand english. Before we moved out I asked for another room. Was told there is no other room.

    This hotel was 5 minutes from our destination, so perfect! The breakfast was great b/c there were many selections. The breakfast area is adjacent to the patio and we were able to eat our breakfast outside each morning. This hotel abuts a golf course, so the patio was very private and quiet, with a beautiful view.
