Great location, lovely pool area, clean rooms. 24hr shuttle to airport, but you do have to call if you arrive in early hours, as I did. Realised after waiting for 20mins that it was not going to arrive, so I called and he came.

The hotel is conveniently located around 8 minutes away from the airport. It is very cozy and has all the facilities you may require while transiting. There is an Italian restaurant at the facility that serves a 5-star breakfast; the best I have had in a hotel in Miami so far. One can also find restaurants and pubs within walking distance from the hotel.

This all non-smoking hotel is only 5 minutes' drive from Miami International Airport. The hotel offers free airport transfers, and free Wi-Fi.

It wasnt nice to find out that breakfast wasn’t being served in that week. Nobody told us in our check in. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay.

Close to airport for a one night stop over. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Nice pool area. Very good value for money with adequate comp breakfast.

This upscale hotel is centrally located in downtown Miami along the Biscayne Bay and is connected to the Metro Mover. It boasts a rooftop pool, well-equipped gym and spacious rooms.

Really a lot of space in the room, comfortable bed and a huge TV ( for those using it). Early check in was offered without asking for it. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Metromover, bus and supermarket just around the corner. Good choice for one night.

The hotel is stunning inside. The staff is very friendly and welcoming . The guest drink tickets at night to have a drink on them was warm and friendly. I wish a few hotels could learn from them . Had a couple issues when at the hotel the bath tap just started to drip late at night. Reported it and was unable to rectify. Due to leave the next couple of days I decided to put up with it. We were out of our room straight after breakfast away for the day. On returning to the hotel late afternoon..4,pm the room was not cleaned . Had to raise it with reception. Simple things like this can be annoying.

Location, location,location. This hotel has THE best location in downtown Miami. All the bus tours stop at the door, and the bay view marketplace across the street has excellent bars, restaurants and shops, as well as all the boat tours. The hotel itself is a little faded, and in need of some rejuvenating, especially the plumbing and electrics in the bedrooms.

    Miami is a beautiful city with rich culture. There is entertainment for all tastes. We came to Miami for Ultra- a 3 day music festival and the event was very well organized. The metrolines are great for travel. I found that everything I needed was within 3 blocks of my hotel- movies, restaurants, gas stations, shopping.

    It is stupid expensive, to a point you start to be afraid of entering a place. And it is not to service and exclusive cuisine you are paying, it's just over-spending plus the absurd 20% service rate. Miami is losing it's unique culture and touch, and has just become a bit empty, with soul, and extremely expensive place. Plus, the airport is a nightmare. Not my favourite place anymore.

    I really appreciated the young mature staff, who were very attentive to my needs. The entire staff was great. I remember a couple of names ; Vonda on Security, Ashley night shift, and Jesus bar night shift. Looking forward to meeting others next time I visit.

    Miami has some of the most beautiful and unique architecture I have seen. The skyline is just gorgeous! So many wonderful restaurants with beautiful views and delicious food! I would recommend trying Sexy Fish and the Rusty Pelican. Just a gorgeous city with super friendly people!

    I stopped over for 3 days en route to Nicaragua. I visited South Beach around 10 years ago and wanted to visit a restaurant we had visited before. Joes Crab Shack. Which was the only thing which didn’t disappoint. The hotels, bars, restaurants and cabs were massively overpriced. $48 for a sprite and a beer. $28 for a sandwich! Spent more in 3 days than a month in Nicaragua

    $12 Uber from airport so great for a layover. Close to South Beach for busy, party atmosphere and Key Biscayne for calm serene beachside. Also close the Brickell CityCenter, restaurants and shopping. Price is great for private hut. Sabrina and staff was accommodating, responsive and very friendly. Felt right at home. Gave great advice on places to visit and how to get local transportation.
