We got all the space and privacy we needed. I really appreciated the fact that there was a stove and a microwave. It almost felt like we were renting in a studio.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and seemed new. On the reservation I requested a quiet room, and it was. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. That's all I need for a GOOD night's sleep.

Have stayed here extensively in the past for a decent price..Once I checked out and was looking for another hotel to stay in I received a quote lower than my last stay at Xola. Once I booked the room the price was exactly the same price as my last extended stay.

The hotel is very clean staff are very friendly kinda of disappointed the fitness room doesn’t have working equipment but I do believe it’s from guests allowing children on it unattended. I believe a sign on the door and the equipment could maybe help. My overall experience has been great. Pet friendly good customer service.

I Love Moreno Valley... the Melting Pot of the West Coast.

I Love Moreno Valley... the Melting Pot of the West Coast. Mo Val was an affordable and great place to raise our family back in 1987-2002. Never had a problem in the 16 years that we lived there, only great times. If you are a fan of America (and I know you are) Make sure you stop by and check out the March Field Air Museum on the South West side of Town. It has over 70 historic military aircraft on display, including rare operational jets. The museum is located on the west side of March Air Reserve Base's runway. Some of the aircraft on display include: Boeing B–17 Flying Fortress, North American B–25 Mitchell, Boeing B–29 Superfortress, Boeing B–47 Stratojet, and Boeing B–52 Stratofortress bombers. After your All-American excursion to March Field Air Museum or your beautiful hike up to the "M" in Box Springs Mountain Reserve, you might want to grab a bite or wet your whistle at one of my favorite spots in town. I highly recommend BJs Restaurant & Brewhouse off of Frederick St and Sunnymead Blvd. Texas Roadhouse just North East of the Mall, Joes Italian Restaurant off Alessandro Blvd. and last but certainly not least... The Dragon House on he corner of Alessandro and Elsworth. Enjoy your stay.

The Regency Inn is located in rough area of Moreno Valley.

The Regency Inn is located in rough area of Moreno Valley. As a single woman traveling alone, I would not suggest this hotel as a place to stay. Nor would I recommend it for families. Staff appeared to be on high alert for criminal activity. It made me feel skeptical and unsafe.

The property was in a great location when it came to restaurants. There were plenty of places to grab a quick bit to eat or have a sit down meal, within 10 minutes away. Easy freeway access. Located at the end of a dead end street so the traffic noise was almost non existent. The room was large and had plenty of room to walk around. Large enough even to set up a play pen if you have children and still have enough room to not be clustered. Plentiful electrical outlets to plug all your electronic gadgets in. Front counter staff was friendly and polite. Greeted us with a smile. COVID has turned the complimentary breakfast into a bag lunch, which was disappointing. But there was a Denny's, iHop, and a Black Bear Diner within 5 minutes away, The grounds were filthy, probably due to Southern California being on a water restriction. the door security chain on our room was broken so could not secure the door with it. The remote was missing the battery cover. Who steals these and why? Other than these items, it was a descent Hotel and I would stay there again.

    Totally disappointed.

Totally disappointed. They make you pay extra for breakfast and are not completely honest. They are not serving a hot breakfast due to COVID. All you get is a brown paper bag with a muffin granola bar and orange. Our hotel was not clean considering it being a new hotel. Pillow cases were dirty and the sheets had hair all in them . The front desk receptionist was not friendly to me nor the guests in the lobby she kept asking what they were doing and he replied with waiting on someone and she had the nerve to ask for who ?? As of it was her business. FINALLY , the biggest issue the checkout time said 11pm . However the hotel said it was not 11pm and we would have to take it up with booking.com. When I talked to booking.com they said it wasn’t their fault take it up with the hotel. We kept going back and forth and no one would resolve it. When I asked booking what would they do they said nothing cause it wasn’t their fault. I’m totally disappointed and both parties kept blaming each other and no one would help me . It left me leaving stuck like what am I supposed to do. I’m pretty upset
