I expect a refund! Requested a quiet room, tub, 1 pm check in Nothing was granted Moved me 3 times each day i was there, Room 1, day 1 screaming kid next door Room 2 tub did not work Room 3 tv and coffee maker did not work What did i pay for????? It was my birthday weekend and i am a cancer patient Very rude mgr Isadora, hung up on me 2 times I classified this as a DUMP And i am a IHG member, this how i was treated I have never complained before I absolutely feel the good reviews on this hotel are fraudulant! I love the location, clean environment, breakfast was the best, nice and polite workers, free coffee and water for customers, hallways are clean excellent smell. The elevator was clean!!!
