We loved the beautiful scenery of the Catskill forest.
We loved the beautiful scenery of the Catskill forest. We traveled to Phoenicia and Margaretsville to try different dining options. Our favorite was the microbrewery in Phoenicia. Even though it rained the whole weekend we loved the trip away from crowded Long Island. The Esopus Creek is a great location to catch Trout or take a dip in hot weather. This is one of the best spots you can stay in the Catskills to go hiking as a lot of trails are nearby. Breakfast was unbelievable, really good and made to order. We really liked the size of the room, the view, and the cleanliness. You can start a bonfire across the property as well! The whole place is just idyllic.
