Serving staff at breakfast...thr only person I have met looking after the dining area that cleaned the chair backs as well as the tables. Thank you Justin ! This man should br be teaching cleanliness! What a positive addition to your hotel.

Great location right downtown, walkable to several thrift stores as well as restaurants and other shops.
The hotel has a lower level parking area as well as an upper level parking area for one side of the building and you can also park on the street for the other side. The hotel also has a bar facing the main street and a simple continental breakfast.
The room itself has been redone. This is an older building, however, that being said, the room and decorations and usage of wood panels behind the very large flat screen television as well as behind the bed really make the room have a modern feel to it.
There are also ceiling height cabinets for hanging clothes and interior drawers inside those cabinets on both sides of the bed. Nice touch!
Along one of the walls there are also lower cabinets below a coffee maker and ice bucket, microwave and refrigerator. There is a full mirror which is quite modern and has a built-in magnifying circle.
The bathroom is simple yet updated and modern.
Lot of space and storage in this room. This was a king room I stayed in and it was very comfortable.
The staff greeted me and welcomed me when I arrived. They explained about the Wi-Fi and the breakfast and I felt at home.
Definitely would stay there again. Went to a local restaurant and bar to get a takeaway salad and also visited two thrift stores. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly.

The place looks like it was recently renovated, which was nice but the little finishes didn’t seem completely done. Missing trim at floor by the tub for instance. But it was clean, neat and the lady at the desk was very nice.

We were there for the tunnel tour. It was very good.
We were there for the tunnel tour. It was very good. So much information about the history of Pendleton. I could have listened to the tour guide much longer. Since we were there for a short time and the weather was pretty rainy, we will have to go back to Pendleton, again, to see other sites, participate in other activities, and learn more. We ate at Roosters. Very good. We, also, ate at OMG! Burgers. It was very good, also. The employees at both places were very pleasant and helpful.

My sister and I stayed here for a two night visit to Pendleton. The hotel is only a few miles from downtown, the Round Up grounds, Hall of Fame, and Pendleton Woolen Mills. Even though we were by the airport, it is a small airport and we never did hear noise. The hotel itself is quiet and very clean, as was our room. Every staff member we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking in front and just across the drive. Be sure to check out the Barhyte Specialty Foods shop on your way to or from on the airport road. Small shop with some very reasonably priced local products (mustard, dressings, marinades, soup mixes, etc.). We will DEFINITELY be back.

The hotel was DISGUSTING. Outdate shower.
The hotel was DISGUSTING. Outdate shower. Dark scary hallways. The carpets were dirty. The room was not clean. There were stains on the chairs. Old tile from the 70’s in bathroom. Couldn’t adjust the temperature of the water.
We were NOT notified that the lounge/bar/restaurant was not in service until AFTER our reservation was made.
It was an absolute nightmare and absolutely disgusting. Old, disgusting and dirty. There was blood on curtains. False advertising with pictures on website.

It's my home town so I know it well and could show my friends from Germany what a small town in the U.S.A. is like compared to the major cities they/we visited. Pendleton might be small, but it has a creative community and much to offer during the spring through fall. Winter is a quieter time, but there are some local restaurants and the Oregon Grain Growers Brand Distillery & restaurant that are lively & offer great meals and adult beverages.

Even though it’s obviously a bit older of a hotel (physical keys, dated designs, etc.) it is not neglected, dirty, or run-down. Instead it’s very evident that the staff works hard to make sure the rooms are clean, your stay is comfortable, and all your basic hotel needs are met. That effort and care is what won them a high rating in my opinion.
Nice freshly renovated rooms, super comfy mattresses. Location is right downtown with easy complimentary parking. The team were nice and friendly making check in/out nice and speedy.
Cute and comfy property. Met the needs for our stay. Easy to find. Close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. There was an issue when we first arrived, but it was resolved quickly.
