Close to a lot of the attractions and hikes, close to restaurants. The pool was heated and the jacuzzi was great! The atmosphere at the pool was very relaxing, with lights and a fire pit. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and pillows big and soft. We slept very well. Hotel was quiet, no noises in the night to bother you. Breakfast was basic but it did the trick. Plenty of parking right outside the door (our room was on the first floor). Overall, we absolutely loved it!

This is a strange property. It bills itself as a "resort/spa" and there are elements of this that work: a lovely fire pit area with plenty of seating, the pool (although cramped and only 3-4 ft. deep), a grassy knoll with two hammocks, a rock garden, a decent restaurant adjacent. On-site activities like yoga (but weirdly in the lobby of one of the residence buildings), a "vortex" expert lecture, etc. Staff is very nice and responsive. You can walk to Starbucks, McDonalds and Safeway next door. We did not take advantage of the spa, so cannot comment on that aspect. Highlight: one afternoon after a big hike, enjoyed lounging by pool and listening to talented musician Dan Vega. His acoustic covers of popular songs are better than the original. The food/beverage service poolside is attentive and friendly. Bonus:pets welcome.

Our room was lovely, the staff was friendly, the restaurant food was very good, and the setting spectacular. In warmer weather we would have really appreciated the many pools scattered around the property. Instead, we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening.

I loved the tours I went on, the Chapel of the Holy Cross was a very special place for me, I felt so close to my daughter there (she passed away 1 1/2 years ago. Actually all of it. I felt very relaxed there which was so cool. I got a couple of bruises and they healed quite fast. Had some great Chinese food. My husband and I are 77 and we both enjoyed our vacation in Sedona. We arrived in dark and sun the next day, we left in snowy weather. Absolutely beautiful!!!

Very walkable city, tons of walking trails, very well marked. Sugar loaf was just right. The Vault, and Elote Cafe, were exceptional dinner choices. Traffic roundabouts kept busy traffic moving well. Didn't have small children, but lots of families everywhere

Sedona is beautiful! But, so many people!
Sedona is beautiful! But, so many people! Traffic around downtown is bad. Get to trails early or no parking spots, which means catching the shuttle. Make reservations at restaurants, if they accept them.

Sedona is a magical place, you feel the energy from the moment you arrive. Every level of hiking as available from easy 1 mile hikes to 6+ very challenging and everything in between. Stay away from high seasons as the crowds can mar the beauty and zen, but Feb/March was outstanding. Golf in Oak Creek was gorgeous among the red rocks, dont miss the giant Buddha and Stupa in the Peace Park, just a beautiful place to recharge your energy and breath in nature.

Never disappointing!
Never disappointing! The minute you catch a glimpse of the red rocks you already feel more relaxed. There is something for everyone, from pulling over to take pictures, easy trails to challenging hikes. Shopping, eating, spa, even gambling down the road at Camp Verde. So many attractions within driving distance.

The room was more spacious than expected, and the facilities were very clean and modern. The mountain view from the large terrace was breathtaking. Light snacks, coffee, juice were provided in the lobby, which was enough for breakfast.
Also, there were many shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient to explore the city after check-in. If I visit Sedona again, I would definitely love to stay here again.
Lovely place and hosts in the heart of Sedona.
What a gem to find this place in a town where resorts, chain hotels, and timeshare are the norm. Super quiet and intimate, you feel at home instantly, and yet, you are at walking distance of the main Sedona streets and restaurants.
The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, although it was quite dark.
The "lookout" spot and hiking from the hotel was absolutely spectacular!
It is about a 25 minute walk into the centre of Sedona.
Our stay was very relaxing, the hotel has a nice pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after one of the hikes around Sedona . It also have a nice garden bar, everyone was very polite and helpful.
One of the best values for a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay in Sedona. Great staff. Comfortable bed, solid motel choice convenient to everything in downtown.
