For a Marriott property and the price, we expected better. While the location is great and the staff was mostly good, there are things that could have been better. It was not communicated ahead of time or even at check in that they were repaving the parking, so we had to carry our luggage a ways to our room since we had to park farther out. When checking in, the key system wasn’t working so we had to flag down housekeeping to let us in. We kept stopping by the front desk until they were finally ready for us. The pool was closed the first night for maintenance and no advance notice was given on that either. The room needs more lighting in the room itself and the bathroom. As a female it was difficult to see putting makeup on each day. The water pressure is horrible and to get the fairly hot it had to be turned on all the way. We left notes doe housekeeping to bring things we were out of, like toilet paper, and they didn’t even leave any so we had to walk to the front office to get some. They do have a laundry room which was nice when staying for an extended period, but change machine was not working so we had to walk to the front office. Ceilings are thin, and we heard the person above us quite often which wasn’t great at bed time, so request a second floor room but be aware there are no elevators. Also note, there was not a safe in the room which surprised us.
The good, is this was a great location to the park, restaurants, shops and the shuttle. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price.

This place is fantastic in terms of location to the national park, just a short walk away along the river. My kids rated this hotel the best for our spring break. Hot pools, fire pit all on the river made this feel special.

Zion National Park is right at Springdale town. Must visit.
Zion National Park is right at Springdale town. Must visit. Day 1 do the "Grotto / Emerald Pool trail" and the "Narrows Trail". Next day 7 am go for "Canyon overlook trail" - This is the best of all and must do at or after sunrise. The trail starts at the end of the tunnel. Breath taking.

As tourist town's go, (Zion National Park entrance) it was easily one of the nicest we have been through over the years. Super clean, many shops and restaurants. Springdale is a great little town, in a great location and has many services. Several Zion park shuttle stops in town, easily walk-able from wherever your staying. Prices were of course a tish higher than a normal town without an attraction so close by, but well within reason and should be expected. I estimated overall only about 5%-6% higher than where I'm from, 5 hours away, with no attractions what-so-ever.

Springdale is the perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Zion NP. There are great choices for dining and the local galleries and shops. There are also opportunities for bike rentals, horseback riding and rental equipment for hiking The Narrows in Zion.

We only had a day in Zion. Could have stayed several. Lots of trails and beautiful scenery. I recommend the end of October or beginning of November. It had just cooled off and there was hardly any waiting or crowds at all.

Athe shuttle service was awesome.
Athe shuttle service was awesome. After hiking all day it was so nice to catch the shuttle back to our accommodations. We took advantage of all the grocery stores in Springdale since we were staying in a cabin with an efficient kitchen.

Great hotel in a central location - 3 min drive from the entrance of Zion National Park, right next to the main street with plenty of night life, restaurants and bars. Big clean room with comfortable beds and coffee machine. Friendly helpful staff and quick check in/check out process. The breakfast was great with so many options to choose from. I can highly recommend this place if you're visiting the park and would gladly book again myself when I am visiting.
Breakfast was good, but best of all, the staff of this section were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location was excellent very near Zion National Park entrance.
Very friendly staff, excellent location near Zion entrance and restaurants. Parking included and Zion shuttle stops in front of hotel.
Absolutely perfect a la cart breakfast!
