5.9 miles from Tahoe Queen in Stateline, Private condo steps from ski lift minutes to lake offers accommodations with access to a hot tub.

Condo is well maintained and was the nicest of several mid-range properties we’ve rented in the area. Great space for a family, with three separate sleeping spaces, and having the extra bathroom was awesome. Tasteful decor. Towels and bedding were plush and thoughtful amenities were provided, like snacks, face wash, and lotion. The pots/pans were in great condition - so rare! As a bonus, the pricing we got on this stay was really great.

5.7 miles from Tahoe Queen in Stateline, Heavenly Mountain Lake Retreat Near Hiking & Bikin features accommodations with access to a hot tub.

The place can be good for three or four 20-25 years old people, but it is not for a couple in their thirties and fourties. It is very close to Stagecoach Lodge. Very complete list of spice cabinets. We didn't use it, but it was impressive to look at it! :) We didn't use any coffee capsules, but there were a lot of different choices, which is a good thing!

.=Tahoe is beautiful and I enjoyed the Gondola ride. Please note it does not run year round and you need to check the Heavenly Valley website for the schedule. There are lots of opportunities to check out the lake from an air balloon, on one of the many cruises or more active things like paddle boarding or jet skis. Stateline also has the casinos and some good restaurants, I dined at Gordon Ramseys Hells Kitchen and it was very good. It is not a cheap dinner but most are not these days and the food was exceptional especially the Sea Bass and the not to miss Toffee pudding.

Stateline is perfect if you stay a mile or 2 up Kingsbury grade road. Any farther up the road and its a hassle to get into town, especially in the winter. Its a short drive into the bustling casino heavenly shopping district, just know parking is expensive- but most casinos will comp parking for gambling or arcade time. Lastly, Nevada beach is a good spot to take the family and there is a grocery store for snacks, right before you head down to the beach.

I wasn't here during the ski season but it's a fantastic location none the less. The casinos were lots of fun and there were options for everyone. The scenery and surrounding area of Lake Tahoe is phenomenal and a bucket list place to visit. Plenty of walking and cycling trails around here too. You can also swim in the lake.

The ambiance of the outdoors, lake etc. is as good as always. We ate breakfast at the Red Hut Cafe and the Driftwood-- both were good. Red Hut has been there since dirt, so to speak and could use some sprucing up but we were there for the food and it didn't disappoint. We also really liked the Driftwood Cafe. I would recommend reservations for both. We ate dinner at the Chart House on Kingsbury Grade. It was Very Good -- view, service and food. Again, reservations would be recommended. We kind of lucked out getting there early on a Sunday night. What is really lacking at Stateline is the old pizzazz of marquees lit up with the names of top stars, people more dressed up to attend those shows etc. If that is what you are expecting, then you will be disappointed. If you are here to just enjoy the outdoors, skiing, camping, hiking etc. -- nothing there has changed -- you will enjoy your stay.

I was disgusted that there was no handicapped parking close to the check in desks. They charged $15 a day for parking. But mostly the hotel/casino did not cater for handicapped quests, like myself. To reach the elevator from the check-in desk was a steep climb, almost the height of a whole floor. I witnessed one poor man trying to come down in a wheelchair & he almost toppled over. Another guest helped him stay upright. There are steps everywhere that are impossible to maneuver so getting around is very limited. I will never stay there again.

The location was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. I guess another bonus would be the fact that they had rooms available when we realized that what we had was not a confirmed reservation at the hotel we initially intended to stay at and this was a quick remedy when looking for somewhere to stay last minute. Other than that, not sure there was anything else to like.

We spent two nights at the Tahoe Summit Village in summer and we enjoyed it a lot. The Village is very quiet, close to the mountains, but only 10-15 minutes drive from beautiful beaches on Lake Tahoe. The apartment was big, clean and well equipped with everything you may need. The hotel manager was very nice and we had no problem with late check-in. Highly recommended.
