The only issue was there was a soccer team and dance team there that weekend and they were extremely loud throughout the evening hours. Other than that staff, hotel, etc is wonderful.

It’s a new hotel. Great staff, always checking on how things are going and if you need anything as you walk by the front desk. The breakfast was very nice: they had oatmeal bar, bread, bagels, waffles, bacon, individual quiches, yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, etc. The fitness room looked a step up from other hotels at the same price point. I didn’t see the pool. The only tricky thing is that the turn to the hotel from the main road is easy to miss and then you have to do u-turns to get back. It is marked by a sign (which is maybe temporary), it’d be better if it was lit up.

The Comfort Inn & Suites Taylor hotel is located directly off Interstate 94 and less than five miles from the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.

I was very happy with my stay! My room was so cute and clean! And the staff was very, very nice! I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect.

We liked the size of the room and the set up--it was nice to have a couch and moveable footrests, and the room overall felt very spacious. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom has the sink separated from a room with the toilet, but it had a sliding door to create privacy there, as well. The fitness center had a few more options than the smaller ones that hotels usually have. Liked the digital key.

We booked this hotel from 4/4-4/13, its been 3 days and weve been experiencing multiple issues that they havent accomidated at ALL whatsoever despite our constant complain about the smell of weed everywhere and noisy neighbours upstairs. On 4/7 they cut off the water from 11am-5pm and we woke up today with the water still shut off receieving no warning or a heads up from any of the staff or managers. Weve been trying to get a refund for the rest of our stay, weve moved hotels and they didnt offer to accomidate us nor refund us. The excuse was “the manager is not here” and this is “out of their reach” to refund me my money. We flew here from los angeles to visit family and they made this experience so inconvenient and horrible. Do not book with them unless you want your trip to be miserable. Wish they had a 0 star option so unfortunately i went with one star.
