The location couldn’t be better. Staff was very nice and restaurant was good! Hotel needs updating and no soap or towels in our room. Staff took care of it quickly, but should have been there to begin with. Sofa bed was Aweful! Not worth pulling out, should have slept on couch. All in all, would probably stay again just because location and staff.

I traveled two hours for a concert and this hotel Seemed to be the closest to the venue. Once booked I noticed the piece dropped for the same exact room.yet I was not offered any type of adjustment. The pricing for parking is wrong on the booking website. The front desk rep stated that it hadn’t been updated. They did not tell Me I’d be charged at the time of check in for parking which I thought would have be 38 or 42$ and it was 52$ . I noticed the next morning when I got my receipt under my door. The staff Wasn’t informative of the establishment at all. Front desk rep didn’t even let me know where the elevator was……which take very long to connect. Better off taking the stairs -_- The hallway reeked of marijuana, when I used the stairs to go back down to grab a drink, there was a rolled and smoked blunt in the stairway….the bathroom had hair on the floor and the shower floor. Wouldn’t book again.
