The pool was disappointing. It was indoor, but the area was very disgusting. There was tons of loose hair around the pool, pizza crust, and towels everywhere in the pool area. The pool was also too cold to enjoy, which was shocking it being indoors. Upon arrival, we also had to request a remote, and the t.v was also completely disconnected. Upon request, the staff brought one up right away.

    I liked the fact that it was a short drive to many...

    I liked the fact that it was a short drive to many attractions without being in a big city. Traffic was not a problem. Shreveport is not too far. The local people were very friendly. We ate at Traps twice. The food was excellent. The service was great. The re is a big arcade/funzone kind of place called Surge. Drew Breeze is one of the owners. We also went to the duck commander tourist attraction as this is where the Duck Dynasty family lives. Would like to go again. There is a lot more to see and do.

    We loved attending the Mardi gras parades! Tons of community involvement. Seemed to be a lot of events going on from a national rabbit show to high school basketball games to Mardi gras events. Fun town with lots to do!

    Restaurants were clean friendly and willing to serve Food was delicious Roadhouse food was good busy but our party was seated upon arrival because we reserved seating for 7. The cotton restaurant was excellent service was superb.

    We were unable to stay there because someone at Booking.com...

    We were unable to stay there because someone at Booking.com did not send the reservation to Fairfield Inn in Monroe. By the time we reached the hotel to check in to, what we thought was our reserved rooms, we found out that no reservation existed. Additionally, the hotel was sold out because of the volume of patrons at that hotel. I am upset that I could not get the two rooms that I reserved. And I had made those reservations 2 months prior to that date. Shame on you for no following through on sending my reservations.

    I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my $100 deposit back and I have yet to receive it I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because it seems like they are stealing money when I called about my money don't nobody know nothing horrible getto business.

    We live in West Monroe out past the paper mill. I love living here. I was born in Delhi and was raised in this area. I have watched it grow and prosper my whole life. There are so many different things to see and experience depending on what you come here for. Antique Alley is a great place to start!

    Good location, free parking. Friendly staff. We slept really well, the hotel was quiet, even though it was very full. Morning coffee available. The reception was nicely decorated, delighting the vacationers. We were there for the second time and we will come again.
