Close to restaurants and staff was EXTREMELY helpful! I left a small bathroom bag in the room which had my orthodontic retainer in it and the staff and manager went out of their way to priority mail it to me as I'm now in Atlanta!

    I liked the fact that it was a short drive to many...

    I liked the fact that it was a short drive to many attractions without being in a big city. Traffic was not a problem. Shreveport is not too far. The local people were very friendly. We ate at Traps twice. The food was excellent. The service was great. The re is a big arcade/funzone kind of place called Surge. Drew Breeze is one of the owners. We also went to the duck commander tourist attraction as this is where the Duck Dynasty family lives. Would like to go again. There is a lot more to see and do.

    We loved attending the Mardi gras parades!

    We loved attending the Mardi gras parades! Tons of community involvement. Seemed to be a lot of events going on from a national rabbit show to high school basketball games to Mardi gras events. Fun town with lots to do!

    Restaurants were clean friendly and willing to serve Food was delicious Roadhouse food was good busy but our party was seated upon arrival because we reserved seating for 7. The cotton restaurant was excellent service was superb.

    We were unable to stay there because someone at Booking.com...

    We were unable to stay there because someone at Booking.com did not send the reservation to Fairfield Inn in Monroe. By the time we reached the hotel to check in to, what we thought was our reserved rooms, we found out that no reservation existed. Additionally, the hotel was sold out because of the volume of patrons at that hotel. I am upset that I could not get the two rooms that I reserved. And I had made those reservations 2 months prior to that date. Shame on you for no following through on sending my reservations.

    I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my $100 deposit back and I have yet to receive it I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because it seems like they are stealing money when I called about my money don't nobody know nothing horrible getto business.

    We live in West Monroe out past the paper mill. I love living here. I was born in Delhi and was raised in this area. I have watched it grow and prosper my whole life. There are so many different things to see and experience depending on what you come here for. Antique Alley is a great place to start!

    The manager it s a asshole you pay for the rom end hi take you out with the police because it a a rasist parson hi charge you multiple times for nothing 2.3 times after you check out make you a favor end stay away if the boss of the hotel see this recomand another manager his bad with his employees to don’t give as the number of his supervisor end we still waiting for our money back

    Good location, free parking. Friendly staff. We slept really well, the hotel was quiet, even though it was very full. Morning coffee available. The reception was nicely decorated, delighting the vacationers. We were there for the second time and we will come again.
