Wilson, NC is the perfect resting point for those folks traveling up (or down) the east coast from New York to Florida. For our family, stopping in Wilson cuts the trip in half. The area right off of I-95 has decent hotels (they even take pets) and a good variety of dining options. I come to Wilson every year for the 301 Endless yardsale and always have a wonderful time. This year we ate at Chili's and the meal was good. They were not incredibly busy. Always the cutest quaint little town but growing rapidly. Pups, Daniels , Fiesta Cancun and Aomi great places to dine. Cup of Joy best place for coffee, smoothies, ice cream and pastries. Owner amazing lady. You can also pay it forward!!! Brewmasters-best place fir a brew or two-great food-variety of on tap. Yo Mommas Stacks food truck-best cheesecake, brownies, waffle sticks, pancakes, etc you'll ever eat. Set up on Nash Street-find their schedule on fb-they do alot of festivals-mostly set up Thurs-Sun in Wilson-best ever!!!!!!!! They own my wallet!
