Geckos, lacewings and smiling Vietnamese live here, and you can live here if you really value peace and quiet. Birds will sing in the morning, crickets in the evening. The territory is large, green and pleasant. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and a large ceiling fan, it is always cool here. The bed is comfortable, the mattresses are moderately hard, you will not sink in them. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a balcony with a clothes dryer. The shared kitchen is maintained in good condition, there are many tables, chairs and dishes, a shared refrigerator. There is free drinking water in a large bottle. You will have your own mini-fridge in the room. Bicycle rental is free, but it will be quite old. Overall, this is a nice hotel for a very affordable price, an unusual experience of living in such a place.

This hotel would be perfect anywhere in the world. The staff is extremely helpful. We received maximum attention and care not only upon arrival, but throughout our stay and even upon check-out. Everything was perfect! - Location is great: close enough to the touristic area to walk (by bike it's even better) but far enough so it is really quiet. - Staff is very attentive and nice. Owners are super nice. - Room is big, with a great view! - Everything is extremely clean. - Breakfast is good and not expensive. - Pool is really clean and refreshing. We stayed there for 11 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. We recommend 200%!

It looks nice and the eating area could be also transferred to a co-working space. It also had a nice private beach in collaboration with a seafood restaurant. The location is not the best, but let's not forget that the area is rebuilding after a catastrophic typhoon. The balcony is a very nice touch and the bathrooms are just great. The staff speaks perfect English.
