Unfortunately we spend just one night in this hotel since the overall experience was awesome! We got upgraded to a larger room which was clean, large and very comfortable. Beds were soft and all the towels were clean. We had also a very good breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly, professional and provided lot of insights and suggestion to visit Hue in the best way possible. I definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location close to walking street. Loved the Sky Bar. Nice jazz music one evening. Rooms are small but comfortable with a nice view.

I had such a wonderful stay here! It is in a great spot so was easy to walk to things or use a Grab. It was my coziest stay in Vietnam so far with very cute rooms and so many thoughtful details. The host has really thought of everything and even has a little directory and Google Map with saved spots and recommendations that he shares when you check in. Literally every one of the staff was so kind and helpful and thoughtful and caring. I am truly so sad to leave and wish I would have stayed longer! Thank you so much for having me and I hope to come back again!

Location is super central yet in a quiet alleyway

Excellent location Clean rooms Good breakfast. Julia has been a treasure. You need to tell her your plan and she takes care of all logistics. For Hue need to spend at least 2 full days to see UNESCO sites.

The hotel was really good and the location was excellent, but above all, the staff was extremely helpful and kind, you don’t see that level of service in many places

We were excited to arrive there after a long flight from Australia. During our recent 4-night stay (1 - 5 March), water leaked from the shower and toilet areas in our first room. Even though the Hotel was nearly fully booked, to his credit, the night manager quickly upgraded our room to an Executive suite, room 211. Positives: Our charming room was uniquely furnished and spacious. It had two large bathrooms and balconies overlooking wonderful river and park views. I loved the lovely pink orchids in the oriental vase. This quiet room had a comfortable, nicely scented bed, pillows, and sheets. We watched Netflix and YouTube on our Smart TV. The powerful air conditioning worked well. The rich shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were fragrant. The spa bath had medium jets. Meals: We were well catered to as vegans. We had dinner from room service. Our meals included complimentary sweetcorn soup, spring rolls with soy sauce, vegetables and noodles, and stir-fried vegetables. Breakfast was delicious, and the food quality and freshness were terrific. The chef cooked us vegan specialty soups/options. There were many vegan options: steamed potatoes, sweetcorn, other vegetables, steamed dumplings, baked bean salads, great jams, and bread options. Soy milk and natural sweeteners were available for breakfast. Some dishes are changed daily. The breakfast area is in a relaxing, beautiful garden with fishponds. Laundry service was quick, and the clothes were folded and smelled lovely. It was excellent value for money. The concierges were welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping provided a fantastic service.

We liked the staff who were very friendly, professional, helpful and courteous at all times. We loved our room, it was spacious, comfortable and the shower was powerful& hot. The food in the hotel was of exceptional high standard. We ate there several times . The cocktails were on point, in house entertainment was enjoyable. The spa area / gym and sauna/ steam was most appreciated on rainy mornings. The pool is big with comfortable sun loungers. The room was beautiful and we had fresh flowers and fruit to enjoy. Room service and house keeping was excellent. We would come back again to Hue and choose The Indochine to stay .
