Quality/price is awesome. This place has it all. Quiet, clean, great staff, best location, rooms are huge, bathroom is huge, shower is awesome. Breakfast is delicious. I wish I could have stayed longer and I will surely book again here if ever back to Hoi An. Special thanks to Hanna and Lyn and the whole staff.

Hotel was in perfect location. Really close to absolutely everything. About a 10 or so min walk to the old town area and night market. Staff were really friendly.

Everything was perfect! - Location is great: close enough to the touristic area to walk (by bike it's even better) but far enough so it is really quiet. - Staff is very attentive and nice. Owners are super nice. - Room is big, with a great view! - Everything is extremely clean. - Breakfast is good and not expensive. - Pool is really clean and refreshing. We stayed there for 11 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. We recommend 200%!

The hotel is in a relatively quiet spot near the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The old town is a 15 minute walk away but the walk is nice and there is also a shuttle bus. The views over the river were lovely.

It looks nice and the eating area could be also transferred to a co-working space. It also had a nice private beach in collaboration with a seafood restaurant. The location is not the best, but let's not forget that the area is rebuilding after a catastrophic typhoon. The balcony is a very nice touch and the bathrooms are just great. The staff speaks perfect English.
