The staff at Tanoa Tusitala Hotel made our stay exceptional with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. Traveling as a family of five, including two children and an elderly adult, we initially faced accessibility issues with upstairs rooms. Despite high occupancy, the team promptly accommodated us with two spacious ground-floor rooms, ensuring comfort for all. The room comfortably housed four of us without feeling cramped. We enjoyed the good food and drinks, and the pool became a daily retreat. The buffet breakfast offered an impressive variety, and live bands on Friday and Sunday nights provided a delightful evening ambiance, enhanced by sipping on fresh coconut or a cocktail. The hotel’s central location, within walking distance to Apia’s central business district and major tourist spots, made shopping and sightseeing convenient .

New build so bed was good, shower was high although good. Property was hard to find. It’s in the Plaza on the second floor the escalators start automatically as you step into them. The car rental advertising kind of puts you off seeing reception.

Lovely staff and great pool! The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable! Make sure you are here for their Thursday night Fiafia night, it was AMAZING! They also reserve a table for you at the front so you get to see the show at its best!

My husband, six year-old & I stayed here for three nights. Loved the hospitality from the staff. Breakfast every morning was always DELICIOUS & beautifully presented. Loved that we could also use the kitchen facilities to cook in or heat up food that we bought locally. I wasn't a fan of the communal bathroom at first, but it eventually grew on me. It was always clean which was a positive. Not having air con in the room was the only let down for me as the ceiling fan & 2 pedestal fans were just circulating the warm air around the room. Other than that, was such a beautiful place to stay at & really convenient & close to town which was good. Definitely recommend Outrigger Hotel to everyone wanting to experience a bit of the Island way of living as they also have a few fale samoas you could book too, which were also very well presented. Look forward to my next trip over & booking again with Outrigger.

When I arrived at the accomodation according tp an agreement with the receptionist before we arrived as advised that someone will be there waiting and there was no one waiting for us at the accomodation.
Now still waiting for a request, as in fact, I did not use the accomodation at all.

Great location, 5min from Town, great staff (Lole is exceptional). Pricing is fair and suiting what's on offer. The pool area is great! The chemist and wellness centre onsite is a bonus for outsiders travelling to Samoa.
