There was no water in the area when we checked in, so we were moved to the next hotel. The staff were wonderful regarding this glitch and assisted us with smiles. Our first impressions will ensure we return again.
A little Eden of tranquil pools, deeply shaded glades and quiet flower gardens, this luxury estate hotel is situated in the beautiful Mpumalanga Region.

Room is out dated and way too big for a single room... No TV in the room, carpets is in poor condition. The water was brown... Could not use the bath due to dirty water.
Eating facility exceptionally modern, clean and great food availabilities. Staff very friendly!

Staff needs to be more friendly. They can improve on quality of service once onsite. The meals, breakfast and dinner was good. I must pay compliments to the Chef and his staff who prepared the food. They took time to explain dishes on the buffet. They were equally knowledgeable on each dish, which made it much easier to select. They were kind with good service.

After sending a week in the Kruger national park we had a short stay Hoedspruit and then some downtime in Hazyview, it’s such an amazing area with so much to see and do. Definitely do the Big swing in Graskop, visit the Elephant Whisperers and visit Tanks bush pub for amazing food and service - don’t be afraid!
Hippo hollow restaurant served the best springbok shank and Kuka made incredible breakfast and sushi!
We loved an early cycle everyday to Sabie or Graskop and back with a Plato coffee to complete it!

The game park was nice but we didnt get to see all the big five only saw the buffalo and elephant. There are too many boring animals visible live the wild dog and impalas only.
We eat at the train that was excellent veiw and fresh food.

My stay was a peaceful retreat with stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The restaurant offered a picturesque dining experience by the river, where we enjoyed watching the hippos swim and playfully 'laugh.' The food was both delicious and healthy, with expert preparation and attention to detail. The room had a charming vintage feel, nestled deep in the bush, which added a unique character to the experience. While I wasn’t a fan of the rustic vibe, my partner absolutely loved the authentic connection to nature. A truly delightful and memorable visit!

Superb interior, Aircons and fans in very room, super clean and stylish, Inverter for loadshedding, very private, all our needs for self catering available, quality Restaurant at main building and swimming pools and exstras. Golf course in excellent condition.Variety of wildlife and birds roaming free.Sabie river close by.
The package was a self catering option
The location was fantastic as it was 10 minutes away from the Phabeni Gate
The security staff was very friendly and willing to assist.
The only pity was that even though we stayed for four nights, we did not have the time to explore the facilities
We booked a private king lodge, the view was awesome, and we found the pool to be essential in January, and after heavy rain the pool was cleaned early the next morning. The room itself was serviced daily and even the braai was cleaned. All in all 5* self catering in my opinion.
this unit is a self catering we made breakfast for our self, we had everything we needed so we make excelent breakfast for ourself we set up on the outside table.
