this was the only disappointing aspect. When we checked in the lady at reception told us that breakfast is from 7h00. At 7 there was no one all talking at reception and very unhappy that we are so early. we felt unwelcome.

Brilliant sea-view; literally just a street width from beach. Not for swimming though; swimming beach ca 1km away. But one does not come for swimming! When the wind comes from the north, the smell of sea-birds somewhat overwhelming. But that's part of the deal. Isabella's and Roestyd both good restaurants; value for money; great sea-food.

It's a beautiful town and historical value especially the fresh fish that is serve by the nearby restaurants. The town is very small to explore when staying for a week. The Market should serve the local community and tourists about the arts and crafts from the sea. I bought 2 beautiful handmade shell hearts and a wind chimer.

Lamberts Bay is a small town with not many restaurants open in the evening. Isabella’s restaurant is in the harbour and definitely worth a visit The main thing to do there is visit Bird Island which is well worth doing but not really much else

We went to an amazing restaurant called "Isabellas" in the waterfront with fantastic food and great service across the Cape Gannet Bird Island worth the visit.

We had lunch at Roestyd restaurannt. They have good affordable food and friendly staff.
It's extremely easy to get around in Lamberts bay.
I would not avoid anything specific, but rather be very vigilant as there are sometimes people hanging around in the area that does not stay there.

Excellent views and blessed with great weather during our stay.
We had an excellent lunch at Roestyd Restaurant.
The locals continuously begging and trying to sell illegal crayfish put us off Lambert's Bay.
We were also warned to be careful of burglaries. Not what you want to hear upon arrival.
