The photos on the websites are definitely not a true...
The photos on the websites are definitely not a true reflection of how the place actually looks. Had I seen the surroundings and how dilapidated the buildings looked from outside, I would never have booked. I also arrived at "dead man's door". Nobody in sight for atleast 15-20 min. I actually thought I had been scammed. When someone eventually arrived, they were friendly and helpful. Once I checked into my room I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was old but neat and tidy. The bedding and towels smelt absolutely amazing. There was coffee, tea, sugar and powdered milk available but unfortunately only 1 coffee sachet was given. I had hot water in the evening and morning which was great. I was given a torch for when load shedding starts. For the price paid, it was okay for a quick overnight stay. I do just think some effort needs to be made to the outer appearance as the location already looks dodgy. I don't know if I will book there again. This will be my last resort if other places aren't available.Guest review byMonya

The room is family-friendly and very Cosy-reminded me of a perfect winter holiday setup. It had everything that was needed. Overall, I can't fault the estate nor the chalet. I would give it a 10 out of 10. The hotel accommodated us with a last-minute booking. Priscilla at reception was fantastic.
