United StatesWhat a lovely and comfortable stay. The house was well equipped and the hosts helped us ensure that we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond. The view of the mountains right from the covered patio was breathtaking and we so enjoyed watching the sheep move through the pastures everyday.

Getting to Underberg from the city may take 2 and a half...
Getting to Underberg from the city may take 2 and a half hours (from Durban), but the trip is absolutely worth it. If you love the outdoors there is so much to do in terms of hiking, walking, river tubing or mountain biking. Very small untouched town.
Very small untouched town. Only getting introduced to the outside now becos there a kfc and a debonairs fast food only. There is a big spar and a boxer opening soon. The people are very friendly and helpful. Its also very very safe. What I liked best was that the Sani Park road is now beautifully tarred up to the first border post. Stunning views! What was a bit difficult is that places close so early. The only problem with Underberg is that it is quite far from Midlands and we were looking to spend some time there. The host is also friendly and accommodating.
